Are you wondering just what the secret is to making profit quickly with Affiliate Marketing online? How exactly do you get people to click on your affiliate link and buy from you instead of some other person out there? Here are 3 tips to consider that can help you drastically improve your profits, and drastically reduce wasted effort.
Tip #1- Forget about Paid Traffic For Now
It’s a little disconcerting seeing so many “Gurus” out there teaching people that they need to pay for traffic in order to really make the “big bucks”. I disagree strongly with this view!
I believe it makes a lot more sense to, especially as a beginner, learn how to create free traffic to your affiliate landing pages with your links. When I first started out in Internet Marketing, I fell for this premise that you had to buy traffic. I spent many sleepless nights praying for sales to cover costs. After 3 or 4 days in a row without sales, life gets pretty stressful with this approach.
Our goal is quick profits with affiliate marketing, not quick, potentially massive losses of money with AdWords.
Tip #2- Don’t Rely On Google For Your Traffic
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great idea to learn how to create websites and rank them in Google highly for a search phrase. But you can also “place” your content on certain sites online that you know people visit regularly, so you know people will look at it no matter what. EzineArticles is just one of those places.
Recognize the power of writing EzineArticles and pointing them to your pages with the affiliate links. You can count on getting traffic with each article you write. You can’t count on Google ranking your website higher because of an action you take.
Tip #3- Learn How to Create Campaigns Fast
A very important thing to learn is that setting up an affiliate marketing campaign shouldn’t be a 3 month process! This means you need to learn how to create your own websites (or simple blogs), how to write the content fast, how to insert the links, and how to drive traffic to the offer in a matter of hours.
It can be a simple process setting up an affiliate campaign with the various free ways to create Web 2.0 sites. It’s no more difficult to create your own websites with a blogging software like WordPress either.
The point is, you need to be able to act quickly and keep creating content, shrugging off the failures. This is one of the big secrets to affiliate marketing success.
Take these 3 tips to heart and you’ll be more successful with creating quick profits affiliate marketing online.
